Information we collect
When you submit a form or book a call, we collect what you provide: your name, email address, phone number, the property or neighborhood you asked about, your timeline and budget, and any message you write.
We also record the page you were on and, if you arrived from an ad or social post, the campaign and click identifiers in the link (for example a Google click ID or UTM tags). The site stores these in your browser for up to 90 days so a later inquiry is credited to the right campaign. We may use analytics and advertising tools that set cookies to understand visits and measure ads.

- To send updates about properties, buildings and neighborhoods you asked about

Calls, text messages and email
If you provide your phone number, you agree that we may call and text you about your inquiry and related properties, including by automated means. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply and message frequency varies.
You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP, and get help by replying HELP. Every update email includes a link to stop receiving them. You can also contact us at the address below to opt out of all marketing.
How we share it
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your phone number or text-messaging consent with third parties for their own marketing.
We share information only with service providers who help us operate, such as our customer relationship management system, email and text messaging providers, scheduling, and website hosting, and only as needed to provide those services; with other real estate professionals involved in a transaction you ask us to pursue; and where required by law.

Listing data shown on this site may come from the MIAMI REALTORS® MLS through IDX and is deemed reliable but not guaranteed. Prices, availability and specifications are subject to change.
Keeping and protecting your information
We keep your information for as long as needed to serve you and meet our legal and business obligations, and we use reasonable safeguards to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your choices
You may ask us to update or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, by emailing or calling us. This site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13.
